We stayed in a spacious Two-Bedroom Lodge. The lodge had two bathrooms, very convenient. We loved the nearby walking area. The spa was excellent, and the swimming pool water was warm. My children were happy about it!!!
The room service was advertised as 24 hours, but when we called, we were told the porter was unavailable.

the room was spacious and clean, with a queen-sized bed and a rollaway bed. the bathroom had modern fittings and toiletries were provided.
I work in hospitality (so i may be a bit critical). staff needed more customer service training. the website advertised afternoon tea and an on-site restaurant, but neither was available. the showerhead dripped all night. It was quite annoying.

This lodge was really good for exploring cornwall. our two-bedroom lodge featured a wonderful balcony. it allowed breakfast with landscaped gardens and forest views. the hotel restaurant and bar were great.
